you can have 3meals and snacks after few hours and your last snack should be taken 3hours before bedtime it allows you to get a good night's sleep.
NOTE:Too much variety of food stuffs trigger you for overeating
Try to eat at fixed times water should be taken before or after the meal and not between the meals.

It helps you alot to maintain fit but not to do this in excess because this can cause greater apetate causing to eat more!!!
