drink water alot(6 glasses)

studies have proved that drinking water can keep you fit by removing unncessary waste particles from the body this include toxin and other harmful things.Drinking too much water can lead to lose of useful irons from your body makinh you Anemic.Drinking 6 glasses of water is recommended avoid coffee since too much can make you body weak.but helps prevent cancer.Obesity can be controlled by drinking water,since it helps in digestion most of unwanted fats get burned away resulting in weight loss.So drink atleast 6 glasses of water.You can live a week with out food but you will die when ur with out water.You feel thirsty when the total water content of the body decreases to just 1%.Brain is most consumer of water for a student to concentrate highly in his/her studies drinking 6 glasses of water is recommended
